I don't know about you, but I think chocolate and peppermint is a marriage made in heaven.
Add to this hazelnut nut milk, and it becomes a richly divine chocolatey treat, perfect for coughs and colds in winter when served hot, or it's cooling in summer when made with ice.
You can also change this versatile recipe to Jaffa by using orange oil instead of peppermint, or make a Hot Chilli Chocolate by omitting the peppermint with a pinch of cayenne pepper.
